Enrollment

Enrollment is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid enrollments.

The course price is $547 payable upfront in full. Multiple payment plans are not available.

Enrollments cannot be transferred or shared between students. 

Course Access

You will be provided login details to access the course materials and curriculum on the start date. 

Course access is granted until November 30, 2023. Access will be terminated at the conclusion of the course.

We reserve the right to revoke access to any student for any inappropriate conduct or violation of course policies. 

Coaching & Feedback

The 1-to-1 coaching sessions and feedback will be provided according to the course schedule. Any missed sessions or deadlines are forfeited.

Coaching sessions are 30 minutes and scheduled during 2 specific weeks. We will try to accommodate your schedule requests but do not guarantee availability.

Written feedback will be provided within 5 business days of assignment submissions.

Intellectual Property

All course materials and content remain the property of Write Medicine and are for enrolled students only. 

Sharing, copying, or distributing materials in any way is strictly prohibited without consent.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment in the course at any time up to 5 days prior to the course start date for a full refund minus processing fees. 

If you cancel less than 5 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fees, minus processing fees. 

Once the course has started, no refunds will be provided. 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. The date the cancellation is received will determine the refund amount based on the policy above.

Refunds will be processed within 28 days of the cancellation notice receipt. 

For canceled courses, all access to course materials, coaching sessions, and feedback will be terminated. Any completed assignments or submitted work will not be eligible for feedback or review.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course at any time. In the event we cancel the course, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
